Evoke® Rol-o

The vibration is way stronger than I expected from something this small, and the grip handle actually lets me get at my shoulders without twisting my arm weird. Ten minutes on my lower back after a long day and the knots are gone.

I've been using this on my calves after runs and the rumbling vibration gets way deeper into the muscle than my old foam roller ever did. The EZ grip handle makes it easy to reach my shoulders without cranking my arm around.

The vibration on this wheel is deep enough to actually loosen up my shoulders before I roll out, and the handle keeps my grip steady even when I'm leaning awkwardly against a wall. Took it to the gym and used it on my quads post-workout—definitely a keeper in my bag now.
